Ryan is a Chartered Insurance Broker (FCII) and the Commercial Director of Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers. Hayes Parsons are an independent broker based in Bristol, which Ryan joined as its first formal apprentice in 2012. Ryan’s remit as Commercial Director is to manage the commercial aspect of the business and is responsible for its growth, alongside a wider sales remit across the business. Outside of work, Ryan is an avid football fan and enjoys all things sport!
