Charles is the Chief Operating Officer for Gallagher Global Broking in the UK & EMEA. In his role he oversees operations and teams across technology, real estate, claims, offshore support, procurement plus change & transformation. Charles’ insurance career has seen him undertake a raft of CEO, senior executive and leadership roles, at major UK insurance businesses, including RBS Insurance, Direct Line, NIG and Churchill, as well as being CEO of claims specialist Davies. Charles is a board director of all of Gallagher’s UK regulated entities.
