Over 30 years industry experience and now leading the Central Division of Everywhen Relationship Broking, covering Midlands, Lincolnshire and Anglia. The division currently employs over 500 people and supports customers with placements of over £350m GWP. I have found success in creating and leading high performing sales and retention teams, across multiple distribution channels and serving customers in all industries, from Start up SME’s to Mid Market. With prior experience in Personal Lines and Employee Benefits as well as Commercial Lines, I am a great believer in the benefit of bringing together a wide proposition for the benefit of our customers.
