Nick has worked in the Insurance industry for 30 years. He first completed a 7 year stint within life & pensions from the age of 18, before moving into general insurance with The Plan Group where he has remained ever since. He has held several roles whilst at The Plan Group, first starting out learning the ropes, managing and broking a varied book of commercial business. He later moved into a back office role as Operations Manager before being promoted to the board in 2012 where he is responsible for Compliance, Risk, Finance, QA, HR and MI.
