Rich is the Joint Managing Director of Bartlett. Bartlett specialise in Insurance Broking, Employee Benefits Consulting and Financial Planning. Bartlett employ around 180 people across 3 offices in the UK and 1 office in the USA. Rich has worked for his family business for the last 17 years. Prior to joining the insurance industry, he worked at PwC as a graduate trainee, where he qualified as an accountant. Rich lives near Leeds in North Yorkshire – he is married with 3 children.
