Carolyn Callan started her career in Marketing working across various market sectors ranging from construction, tech, travel and then making the move into Financial Services with Girobank/Alliance & Leicester Business Banking. From there she went to work for a start-up insurance broker - Premierline - and was responsible for Marketing and Operations. Since then, Carolyn has held senior leadership roles on both sides of the insurance fence - broker (Swinton Insurance, Towergate) and insurer (Covea Insurance) and more recently, joined Brown & Brown, where she is CEO for the Retail business.
