Since 2022, John has been Managing Director of Brokerbility network supporting independent brokers. In November last year he took on an expanded role across Clear Group as MD, Distribution and Market Management to support leveraging scale to the benefit of Brokerbility’s independent broker members and also across the Clear Group. In this role John is also responsible for Clear’s scheme proposition. Prior to this John was MD of a regional broker and earlier in his career held business leadership and technical roles on the insurer side. Outside of work John is a Peloton fanatic and enjoys socialising and good wine.
