Dawn brings over 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of driving growth for brokers, appointed representatives (ARs), and insurers through commercial insight and strategic partnerships. Previously, Dawn served as Managing Director of TEn Insurance, the UK’s first truly independent network for ARs. Today, she runs her own consultancy business, supporting brokers and insurers by assessing individual commercial needs and delivering strategic advice to unlock growth opportunities. Between 2019 and 2024, Dawn was a member of BIBA’s Networks & Managing General Agents Advisory Board. She now serves on the Insurance Brokers Standards Committee, where she helps shape guidance on good and reasonable practice for the benefit of BIBA members. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running with the Macclesfield Harriers, and supporting Manchester City — a passion she has proudly held for 46 years.
