John is co-founder and CEO of Konsileo, an Insurtech transforming commercial insurance broking by using technology and data to deliver risk advice at scale. John has 30+ years international insurance and consulting experience. Prior to Konsileo John was at Aviva, Accenture and then Allianz where he led sales and marketing in the UK Commercial Business and then was based in Munich with responsibility for global marketing strategy and digital initiatives. John also serves as Co-Chair of the Insurtech trade association, Insurtech UK. He has lived in China, the US and Germany as well as the UK. John is a Chartered Insurance Broker, holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Politics from SOAS, University of London.
