We employ over 60 staff across 2 offices and write over £25 million in Gross Written Premium (GWP). In November 2017, after 11 years as Marketing Director, youngest member of the family’s 2nd generation, Grant stepped up to become Group MD with a remit to deliver significant growth. Working within a small, close knit and dynamic management team Grant has developed TPG’s overall business strategy, leading the firm to become forward thinking and digitally minded.
