Simon is Managing Director for TH March, the UK’s leading specialist broker for the jewellery and allied trades, also offering insurance for individuals personal valuables, collections, high value homes, general commercial and protection business. They have been Lloyd’s Coverholders for over 3 decades and operate many successful schemes within their specialist industries. He is equipped with professional insurance credentials such as Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurance Broker and has leadership recognition (Aviva Future Leaders). Simon’s journey reflects nearly 30 years ascending through TH March’s ranks, from commercial trainee to Sales Director and now as Managing Director. He now leads the firm, with six offices throughout the UK and 140 employees, through transformative initiatives such as employee ownership (EOT) and strategic growth, all while staying personally engaged in community and sports activities.
