Jon Newall is CEO of Prosura Group and Managing Director of Prosura, an award-winning, independent broker. A second-generation broker with over 33 years within the industry, Jon built and sold his first brokerage, Lockyers, in 2018. Coming out of retirement, he established Prosura in 2022 and has since acquired two further brokers into Prosura Group, which is fast becoming a home where independent broking thrives. With a reputation for supporting complex commercial and private client risks, Jon is a fierce advocate for independent broking, using technology to add value for clients and in attracting and nurturing a new generation of brokers.
