- Neal has been an Insurance Broker for the last 37 years when he left school to join a local broking firm. In 2000 Neal purchased Needham Insurance Services and over the course of the last 25 years and 11 acquisitions later he has built a network of insurance brokers helping local businesses with their insurance needs. Having recently been made a Freeman of the City of London and a member of The Worshipful Company of Insurers Neal is always keen to promote the insurance industry when given the opportunity and to encourage new talent into the industry. Outside of work Neal is a family man who loves travelling and this often incorporates his love of ultra running.
