Richard is Divisional Managing Director for Brown & Brown's Retail Division, leading the North region across Yorkshire, the North East, Scotland and the North West. He is responsible for delivering regional strategy, driving profitable growth, strengthening client outcomes and building high-performing teams. Since beginning his insurance career as a graduate in 2013, Richard has held leadership roles with Allianz and Hiscox, developing extensive expertise in commercial insurance, distribution and operations.
