Dawn brings over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of driving growth for brokers, appointed representatives (ARs), and insurers through commercial insight and strategic partnerships. Previously, Dawn served as Managing Director of TEn Insurance, the UK’s first truly independent network for ARs. She is now Head of Commercial Strategy for Konsileo and an Advisory Board Member of BIBA’s Insurance Broker Standards Committee, helping shape guidance on good and reasonable practice for the benefit of BIBA member brokers. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time running and travelling.
