Amanda Blanc, CEO - commercial, Axa Insurance

Amanda has recently been appointed as the chief executive officer for AXA's commercial business which includes the broking arm, Bluefin. Prior to this Amanda was deputy group CEO of The Towergate Partnership with responsibility for Retail, Powerplace and Broker Network. Before joining Towergate she was distribution and customer services director of Groupama Insurances and held other senior sales and distribution positions at AXA Insurance and Commercial Union. In 2008 Amanda was voted the overall winner of Women in the City award and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute Broking Faculty board.
